Windows may warn you the first time. The build is code‑signed, but SmartScreen wants a reputation as well as a signature, and a new certificate earns that one download at a time. If the blue panel shows, click More info. The publisher line should read Keiran Brentley Jacob Hoag, which is the name on the certificate. Then Run anyway.

Plugins
The main download stays small by leaving the optional parts out. Each plugin is its own small zip. Unzip it into the Douga folder, the one with douga.exe in it, restart, and the new menu items are there. Delete the files and they're gone.
Extra video formats
File → Import → Video ships in the app: MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI and WMV open with nothing installed, and frames land on the active layer, fit to the canvas, sitting in the transform box ready to place. Douga-VideoImport.zip is for the rest (WebM, MKV, ProRes, the containers Windows won't touch) and it turns up in the export list as Other [FFmpeg]. It runs on an ffmpeg you install yourself; there's a walkthrough in the manual.
Update check
Douga-UpdateCheck.zip adds Help → Check for Updates. This is the only part of Douga that touches the network, which is exactly why it's a separate download: without it the app opens no sockets at all. It asks this site for the current version, tells you what came back, and lists the add-ons below with the version you have against the version that's up; press Install and it fetches that one for you instead of sending you back here with a zip.
Pose packs
Douga-Poses.zip puts Eadweard Muybridge's motion studies from the 1880s, public domain, on the File → Import → Pose shelf. It's the big one, 13.7 MB of photographs. A pack is just a folder of numbered images, so you can grow the shelf with your own reference.
License
Douga is free: every feature, for any use, personal or commercial. Exports from an unlicensed copy carry a small Douga mark; a license key removes it, and that is the only difference.
